1600A - Permeabilized Myocyte Test System

Complete test system for evaluating the mechanical characteristics of permeabilized myocytes. The test apparatus fits on an inverted microscope which allows for observation and fluorescence measurement. The temperature controlled plate contains 8 wells for easily switching calcium concentrations. Motorized XYZ translation system provides ease of myocyte attachement and precise control of myocyte position. Both force and length are controlled and measured with this system. kTR, pCa-force, length-tension, force-velocity, and stiffness can all be measured with this system.
Note: system does not include inverted microscope or isolation table.

	315C High-Speed Length Controller For the measurement of the dynamic physical properties of all types of muscle and connective tissue.
	Series 400A Force Transducer Systems Designed for applications where fast response, high resolution, or the visco-elastic properties of a sample are important.
	Model 803B Permeabilized Myocyte Test Apparatus For testing permeabilized (skinned) myocytes with an ASI model 315C high-speed length controller and an ASI series 400A force transducer.
	Series 600A Digital Controller Complete data acquisition, control and analysis system, includes A/D Interface. Does not include monitor.
