1200A in vitro Muscle Test System

Complete test system for evaluating the mechanical characteristics of intact muscle with peak forces of up to 0.5N or 1N. The muscle preparation is held vertically in a water-jacketed bath. Both force and length are controlled and measured with this system. Length-tension, force-velocity, force-stimulation frequency, stiffness and work loop protocols can all be measured with this system.
