1500A - Small Intact Muscle Test System

Complete test system for evaluating the mechanical characteristics of small intact muscle, strips and fibres with peak forces of up to 100mN. The apparatus fits on an inverted microscope which allows for observation and fluorescence measurement (purchased seperately). Two bath plates are available for small and medium sized preparations. The temperature controlled bath is designed for perfusion and includes Platinum stimulation electrodes. Both force and length are controlled and measured with this system which allows complete mechanical characterization including length-tension, force-velocity, and stiffness measurement.

	322C High-Speed Length Controller For the measurement of the dynamic physical properties of all types of muscle and connective tissue.
	Series 400A Force Transducer System Designed for applications where fast response, high resolution, low compliance or the visco-elastic properties of a sample are important.
	600A Digital Controller Complete data acquisition, control and analysis system, includes A/D Interface. Does not include monitor.
	701C Stimulator The model 701C is a high power, bi-polar, current pulse stimulator that can provide either positive, negative or alternating voltage (bi-phase) pulses of up to 80V at up to 1 ampere of current.
	Model 801C Small Intact Muscle Test Apparatus For testing small intact muscle with an ASI model 322C high-speed length controller and an ASI series 400A force transducer.
