1205A - Intact Muscle Test System - in vitro, vertical muscle orientation, 5N or 10N maximum force

Complete test system for evaluating the mechanical characteristics of intact muscle with peak forces of up to 5N or 10N (dependent on model of 305C that is used). The muscle preparation is held vertically in a water-jacketed bath. Both force and length are controlled and measured with this system. Length-tension, force-velocity, force-stimulation frequency, stiffness and work loop protocols can all be measured with this system.

305C Muscle Lever
For the measurement of the dynamic physical properties of all types of muscle and connective tissue. In addition to biological specimens, they can also be used to evaluate natural and synthetic polymers, fibres, films and coatings.

805A in vitro Test Apparatus
For testing intact muscle tissue with a 305C Muscle Lever.

701B Stimulator
The model 701B is a high power, bi-polar, current pulse stimulator that can provide either positive, negative or alternating voltage (bi-phase) pulses of up to 80V at up to 1 ampere of current.
